Forint conversion policy
Dear Partner!
We can still issue quotations in EUR in all cases, but invoicing can be done in HUF or EUR, depending on your needs.
In the case of ordering and direct invoicing, we can provide the following conditions.
In the case of invoicing in EUR:
After a credit check, we can provide our partners with an 8-day bank transfer option.
Please transfer the invoice amount to our EUR account number on the invoice!
Please transfer the invoice amount from a forint account to our EUR account on the invoice only if you are initiating a euro transfer!
In the case of invoicing in HUF:
After a credit check, we can provide our partners with an 8-day bank transfer option.
Please transfer the invoice amount to our HUF account number on the invoice!
Please only transfer money from your EUR account to our HUF account listed on the invoice if you choose a HUF transfer!
In the case of traditional (1, 3, or 5-year) licenses, or related extensions, additional licenses, or additional modules, the conversion conditions based on EUR prices are as follows:
Incoming orders - in case of invoicing requested in HUF - are converted to the MNB central exchange rate of the day preceding the receipt of the order + 2.5%.
If this day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the exchange rate valid on the business day preceding the holiday will be taken into account.
In the case of monthly paid licenses (invoicing takes place after the end of the month):
After the end of the month, we send the settlement report provided by Heimdal in the usual way, which can be confirmed in case of a discrepancy within two business days. If no confirmation or complaint is received, the quantities in the sent report will be automatically considered accepted, so we will invoice based on this.
In the case of invoicing requested in HUF, the invoice will be prepared by converting it to the MNB mid-rate of the day preceding the invoicing + 2.5%.
If this day falls on a weekend or holiday, the exchange rate valid on the business day preceding the holiday will be taken into account.

Please note that if it does not refer to the account number on the invoice that corresponds to the currency, the resulting costs will be charged to the reseller!
